The qualification covers a range activities and functions required in retail industry roles. It prepares participants for various retail settings, such as specialty stores, supermarkets, department stores and retail outlets.

The packaging rules for this qualification consist of 7 core (mandatory) units and 5 of the following elective units. You must be assessed as competent in all 12 units to attain this qualification.
