This qualification reflects the role of community service workers who design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers may provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services.

There are no entry requirements prescribed for this qualification, however all candidates will undertake a Language, literacy and numeracy support evaluation and a review of their previous training and work history as part of their enrollment into the program.
On successful completion of this qualification, you will receive a Certificate in “CHC42015 Certificate IV in Community Services”
On partial completion of this qualification, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in “CHC42015 Certificate IV in Community Services”
The key clients seeking this qualification will be persons required to supervise and lead other workers in projects or teams. Work may take place in a range of community service, case work or case management contexts.
