Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
The following qualifications and experience are desirable but not required:

  • Certificate III in Employment Services CHC30912 or other relevant qualification.

Or

  • Vocational experience assisting in a range of environments providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business qualification.

Higher Level Skills funded by Queensland Government
The Higher Level Skills program provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to access subsidised training in selected certificate IV and above qualifications, or priority skill sets.
The aim is to assist individuals to gain the higher level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in priority industries or to transition to university. Employers may also be able to access training to address workforce development needs.

You may be eligible to receive Higher Level Skills funding for this Certificate IV qualification.

Eligibility criteria includes:

  • be aged 15 years or over, and no longer at school
  • permanently reside in Queensland
  • be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (includes humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen
  • when enrolling into a Certificate IV, you must not hold, and not be enrolled in a Certificate IV or higher-level qualification

The co-contribution fee represents the total cost of the course, to be paid by the participant, employer or third party prior to commencing training.

A co-contribution fee is divided by the full qualification unit total, for example $850 for 14 units = $60.72 per unit (non-concessional) and $650 for 14 units = $46.43 per unit (concessional).

Non-concessional co-contribution fee – $850
Concessional co-contribution fee – $650 (evidence of concession will be required).

On successful completion of this qualification, you will receive a Certificate in CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services.
