This qualification will help those wanting to establish a small business by providing a the tools and knowledge to solve a range of problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

The packaging rules for this qualification consist of 4 core (mandatory) units and 6 of the following elective units. You must be assessed as competent in all 10 units to attain this qualification. Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
