Training Connections Australia (TCA) delivers education, training and professional development programs across Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), enabling us to issue nationally recognised qualifications.
TCA is committed to helping our clients obtain the qualifications and skills they need to enter the workforce or take the next step in their career. We offer a range of accredited and non-accredited courses, apprenticeships and traineeships to suit individual and business needs.

Amanda leads the Training Connections Australia team and has overall responsibility for operations.
She has more than 19 years’ experience in leadership roles within the training industry and is passionate about working with communities, individuals and businesses to support their education and development needs.

Tim O’Reilly has more than 15 years’ experience in tourism, fishing, charter operations, fisheries development and natural resource management.
Tim ensures TSMPP participants receive a very high level of training from experienced teachers. He enjoys pushing people out of their comfort zones and is passionate about Indigenous advancement in the maritime sector.
