ABOUT US
Training Connections Australia (TCA) delivers education, training and professional development programs across Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), enabling us to issue nationally recognised qualifications.
TCA is committed to helping our clients obtain the qualifications and skills they need to enter the workforce or take the next step in their career. We offer a range of accredited and non-accredited courses, apprenticeships and traineeships to suit individual and business needs.
Our trainers are fully qualified and dedicated to assisting students to learn and succeed in their chosen field.
TCA is part of My Pathway, a national company providing innovative and simple service solutions for job seekers, including education, training, labour hire, apprenticeships, traineeships, community support and networks.
We have been operating in regional and remote locations across Australia for more than 20 years aiming to build stronger communities.
My Pathway has grown from humble beginnings as a small family run business to employ more than 600 staff and support thousands of job seekers.

ManagerAmanda leads the Training Connections Australia team and has overall responsibility for operations.
She has more than 19 years’ experience in leadership roles within the training industry and is passionate about working with communities, individuals and businesses to support their education and development needs.
Amanda believes that learning is lifelong and applies this philosophy to the TCA business.

Tim ensures TSMPP participants receive a very high level of training from experienced teachers. He enjoys pushing people out of their comfort zones and is passionate about Indigenous advancement in the maritime sector.
